The evaluation and remuneration committee’s major responsibilities include:
organizing the evaluation of the performance of the president and reporting the evaluation result to the board of directors, supervising the evaluation of the performance of the senior vice presidents, vice presidents, chief financial officer, and other senior management persons led by the president;
studying the incentive plan, and compensation plan, supervising and evaluating the implementation of these plans and making recommendations for improvements to and perfection of such plans;and
performing other responsibilities as may be required under relevant laws, regulations and the listing rules of the stock exchanges where the shares of the company are listed (as amended from time to time).
